About Us

Premier Softball provides its athletes with coaches totaling over 20 years of softball experience.

Our staff includes Coach Anthony LaRezza Head Softball coach at I.H.A., the #1 team in New Jersey in 2009. A Triple Crown winner Coach LaRezza has led his teams to 2 state titles. Coach LaRezza was just named NFCA East Coast High School Coach of the Year.

Rob Stern is the Head Softball Coach at Cedar Grove. During his tenure his teams have won 6 sectional titles and 2 north titles and Coach Stern has over 400 career wins.

Together, Coach LaRezza and Coach Stern both coach one of the northeast Premier travel softball teams, the NJ Pride Gold. They have assisted over 85 players in earning college scholarships.

DIANA FASSANO- Catching - Hitting

*Former I.H.A. catcher where she was named to the All County & All State Teams
* Former Catcher for the University of Fairfield where she was an All MAAC award recipient
* Assistant Coach at Immaculate Heart Academy High School

DIANA SCHRAER - Pitching Clinics

*Diana Schraer graduated from William Paterson University in 2009.
*While attending William Paterson, she was named First Team All NJAC, and Second Team All Region several times.
*She was the starting pitcher for the lady pioneers and lead her team to a 67 - 20 record in four years in college.
*In 2005 she led the lady pioneers to an NJAC championship, Regional Championship and took them to the National Championship where they placed 5th in the nation, amongst all D3 schools.
*Diana currently holds the all time career win-loss percentage at William Paterson University as well as lowest era in a season with a .86. *Diana Schraer is currently coaching at Glen Rock High School, as an Assistant Varsity Softball Coach.
*Diana is currently involved in the clinics that are held by Premiere Softball here at Overtime Sports.
